The third phase started with the Mega hit Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka sundari directed by K Raghavendra Rao, a trend- setter in box office collections and continued until the industry hit of  Gharana Mogudu. But then it is difficult for any star to live up to the expectations of the audience after such a massive hit.
